Womens Accessories - Terms and Conditions

Transactions

All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars ($AUD) to Australian customers (i.e within Australia) only.

Shipping

Womens Accessories offer delivery Australia wide. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, but time to deliver will be subject to Australia Post.

All shipping costs are based on current Australia Post postage rates, including a small postage and handling fee. Customers have the option to receive their goods by registered post, should they require insurance to the value of $100AUD.  

Womens Accessories prides itself on providing a quality service to our customers. We ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.

Terms of Trade

Womens Accessories terms of trade were created to guarantee that we can continue to offer you excellent products, at excellent prices:

1. All new accounts must register prior to placing an order. This information is used for billing and transaction purposes only. If you would like to receive marketing information, please tick appropriate box during registration. 
2. Payment must be made in full prior to goods being dispatched.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of payment.
4. All prices include 10% GST.
5. Shipping charges will apply depending on delivery location and weight of shipment.
6. Goods will be sent by Australia Post.

Returns

Womens Accessories prides itself on providing a unique range of high quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
 
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings. We inspect all our products very carefully before distributing them to our customer to ensure they are of the highest standards.
 
Products must be returned in their original condition and money will be credited using the original payment method, less postage costs.
